Checking in

We have installed Perspex screens at reception, and hand sanitisers as well as wipes, plastic gloves, and hand towels. When you check in you can clean your luggage before going to your room. Before checking in we would have taken your payment confirmation details and assigned you a room.

We will be carrying out more cleaning of high touch areas, such as handrails and door handles. In the bedroom we are cleaning the air conditioning, heating controls, TV remotes, door handles and desk. Throughout the hotel we have hand dispensers and we have also provided an iron and iron board on each floor. We have removed the telephones from the bedrooms. In the bedrooms we have replaced teacups & spoons with plastic cups and spoons. We have also removed unnecessary high touch items from the bedroom. We have closed off the public washroom.

All our housekeepers are employed directly, and each have been provided PPE training. Our linen is laundered at over 60 degrees with certified disinfectant detergent. Once your room has been cleaned no member of staff is allowed into the room. We are also providing guests with the option who stay more than one night to have new towels provided if they do not wish to have their room serviced.

Personal Protective Equipment for our valued team

To protect our team, we have provided them with gloves, aprons, hand sanitisers, masks, face shields and goggles.
